Enjoy the restful mountain living with full modern amenities on a beautiful and charming mountain vista located in beautiful Golden Valley Township ... north east Rutherford County, N.C. At 2,200-foot elevation this wonderful cabin provides cooler summer climates with an incredible scenic view of southern Golden Valley and Sunshine, NC.

When you arrive, you’ll find the beds freshly made with crisp linens and soft, fresh towels in the baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and the refrigerator and pantry will already be partly stocked.

Accommodations include three well appointed bedrooms with two full baths, sleeping up to six people. Beautiful pine log walls and wainscoting accent the living room, full kitchen, and bedrooms. You'll find this charming residence a comfortable mountain home away from home ... and a foosball table and ping pong table for your gaming pleasure.

Valley View boasts a large welcoming living area with a gas-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, oak floors, hickory cabinets and satellite tv ... a king size master bed, a double bed and king bed in the guest bedrooms, a full size washer and dryer, an outdoor gas grill and a fully equipped cooking kitchen for the creative chef.

Enjoy brilliant sunsets from the 10 by 54 foot rear view deck. Watch Golden Valley sparkle as night sets in.

Valley View Cabin is privately owned by the Ramassini Family and was built with the purpose of escaping to the beauty and serenity of the North Carolina Mountains. We hope your stay at Valley View will provide you with special memories that are waiting to be made.

Advance reservations are recommended.

Deposits

A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made.
The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.
We accept Cash or Personal check or Travelers check or Money Order.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified within 30 days of your arrival date.

Fees & Taxes

A onetime cleaning fee of $75.00.

Taxes - 7.75% to the State and 5% to the county - a Total of 12.75%

This vacation home is luxurious, private and its beautiful mountaintop views are positively gorgeous. We think the home and location, with its 50 foot covered porch, rocking chairs and gas log fireplace make it one of the nicest in Western North Carolina. The convenience of being centrally located between Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock, Lake James, Little Switzerland, Linville Falls and Caverns, Black Mountain and Grandfather Mountain make this home one of the best choices for your getaway stay.

 We are just a few miles off of NC scenic byway Route 226 - 10 miles south of Interstate 40 on top of the beautiful Yellowtop Mountain in Golden Valley Township.
